M------, Please forward the same e mail you sent this morning to the 3 Turkish authorities and cc Greenpeace with note as follows. Also ask ------- to update Turkish Greenpeace in German by the German contact.
Regarding (Point 2) and hazardous materials on-board HMS Plymouth, it has now been confirmed from information receive by the UK authorities that the ship towers have failed to declare -------------------- and toxic items which have not been declared and have not been pre-cleaned as required.
The UK High Court claim was indeed filed this morning meaning that ownership of HMS Plymouth is now legally contested and the non-declaration of onboard hazardous materials are in breach of Turkish and EU law.
Please will you ensure the ship and towing tug are stopped with immediate effect. Many thanks.
Yours sincerely
David Campbell Bannerman
